About MCS Architects, PC
Our Services
MCS Architects PC provides architectural services to small builders, developers, and homeowners in the Northern Virginia region. (we do not provide services in MD or DC, but can refer you to professionals who do.) . New homes, apartments, commercial buildings, tenant fit-ups, additions, re-modelings, pop-ups have been part of our experience for over 40 years.
Our Projects
MCS Architects, PC works closely with the builder and the owner to provide the required professional services needed - either in-house, or with our selected group of professional consultants - for a successful project.
About Us
Michael C Stevens, has been practicing in Northern Virginia for over 44 years. He worked as the Senior Associate for SBE Architects in Arlington, VA with wide experience in a variety of projects - single family homes, multi-family projects, educational facilities, churches, office buildings, restaurants, rehabilitation and restoration of residential and commercial buildings.
When SBE closed its doors in 2013, MCS Architects opened to provide the same level of services to its clientele.

Mahadevia Residence
A new custom home on a very difficult site - we worked very closely with the owner/builder to maximize all available space. The roof terrace offers excellent views of the DC skyline, and the Arlington surroundings. 16.5' x 34', 3 stories tall with a basement - 3,000 sf + of living space...
